We are a registered Independent Special School and a Children’s Home offering flexible residential placements at the school for up to 52 weeks per year. We offer care, support, education and therapy through flexible, individually tailored placements - day, weekly, 38 or 52 weeks full boarding. We offer placements funded by local authorities from across the south of England - south west, south central and south east. We also run regular Activity Days for local children in partnership with Dorset Short Breaks Transformation and host 4 holiday camp weeks throughout the year for our own pupils.

As a Camphill Rudolf Steiner school we provide quality care and education, with a distinct ethos, in a therapeutic community setting. We support children and young people with moderate, severe or complex learning difficulties, including autism, behaviour issues and speech and language challenges.

Our educational approach, based on the adapted Steiner Waldorf Curriculum, is complemented by a range of therapies and therapeutic activities, together with on-site medical support.
