The types of roles we tend to recruit for include teaching, learning support, care roles such as night-waking support, auxiliary support and administration – though this list is not exhaustive. The Sheiling Trust, our parent charity, is the employer. Terms and conditions include generous sickness and holiday benefits. The Trust has a contributory pension scheme.

Roles are usually also advertised in local papers such as the Bournemouth Echo or Avon Advertiser.
