The work project was to build a fence between two gardens.  This required the cutting back of the existing hedge and digging out of hedge roots and brambles.  Students helped with various tasks - cutting back the hedge, digging out bramble roots, wheel barrowing the branches to the fireplace, digging holes for the fence posts, etc.
