FOR 2011-12 ACADEMIC YEAR

• Fees include all food and boarding costs (except specialist diets), education and life skills, normal class room support, entertainment, and some off site visits, therapies including speech and language.
• 52 weeks basic fees include all of the above and holidays, pocket money, clothes, haircuts, additional off site visits outside the education programme.   1:1 and 2:1 provision are not included in the basic fee but information available on request. Specialist diets and musical instruments tuition are also not included and will be charged as extra where appropriate.
• 38 Weeks, Weekly and Daily fees exclude personal expenses, pocket money, transport costs other than those included in off site visits, musical instruments tuition. These will be charged as extra when appropriate. Also excluded are costs for additional staffing, night waking staff and other items where particular difficulties or unusual circumstances have been identified. In such cases additional fees will be applied following negotiation and agreement.
• Accounts will be due on presentation of three termly invoices.
• It is the policy of the school to make clear within the minutes of the Assessment/Annual Review that the appropriate fee schedule has been distributed and that all parties are aware of the current fee level.  The LEA will also be informed in writing.
• A charge of 5% per month will be made on all overdue accounts.
