The management of the Sheiling School community is undertaken by a Focus Group. The Focus Group includes the Principal, Head of Care, Head of Education, their deputies and representatives of different areas of the school: Health and Therapies, Training, Health and Safety, HR etc.

By having representation from all the working groups within the school community, we are able to support the developments in school and manage more effectively the day to day running of the school.

A clear line management structure exists to ensure everyone knows what their role is, can be supported in that role and can be accountable through the management structure for the contribution they make. Details are included in the policy documents which are available on request.
