Residential pupils are registered with Dr Albert Barcellos at Corbin Avenue Surgery in Ferndown. Day pupils usually remain registered with their local GP. The School operates an on-site surgery with a full-time nurse who lives on-site. Natural remedies and anthroposophical (homeopathic) medicines may be prescribed at the discretion of parents, in addition to any alopathic medication required.

It is the School’s policy that parents/guardians are informed as soon a child becomes ill or suffers an accident which needs medical treatment. Pupils who become ill are cared for in their houses.
