An enthusiastic leap!Sports Day - Monday 3rd May: our annual Sports Day took place on the Bank Holiday Monday. The house groups decorated their wheelbarrows in preparation for the parade and wheelbarrow race. Then everyone took part in a variety of challenging events - including leaping through hoops! Rosettes were awarded to all. (May 2011)

Ashley Heath Car Boot Sale - Chosen Charity: we are delighted that the organisers of the Ashley Heath Car Boot Sale have chosen us as their local charity for the Bank Holiday sale on Monday 30th May. We will be there to raise awareness of the school. Come along and support us on the day - from 7am! (May 2011)

Activity Days - new dates released: we can now confirm the dates of our Activity Days up to August. Parents already registered with us will be receiving notification of the dates. Forest ForgeThe Wolves of Willoughby Chase:
On Thursday January 20th at 7pm Forest ForgeTheatre will perform this play here at school for local children and young people with learning difficulties and their families. Tickets are free and can be booked through reception on 01425 477488. You can download the poster here.

This performance is free, being funded through the Aiming High government agenda and is made possible through funding from Inspiring You: Activities for All through Hampshire County Council, and is intended for the whole family.

Monthly Saturday Activity Days: We are pleased to announce regular Saturday Activity Days for children (6-18 years) with special educational needs who are resident in Dorset. The days will run from 9am to 4pm (unless stated). The Activity Days will be held on the following dates:Dorset Short Breaks

October Holiday Activity Scheme: We are pleased to announce a new Holiday Activity Scheme for children (6-18 years) with special educational needs who are resident in Dorset. The scheme will run from Tuesday 27th to Saturday 31st October, 9am to 4pm. In addition we are running a residential camp for some of our existing pupils during this time, so there will be opportunity to meet new people and form new friendships.

A choice of fun activities during the week will include:

  • Crafts: papermaking, felting, painting, weaving
  • Sports: archery, games, cycling, climbing, swimming, circus skills
  • Walking to Moors Valley, farm visit and local trips
  • Cookery: baking, biscuit making etc.
  • Music and drama
